5 Things to THRIFT / DIY this Fall
Happy October!
Fall is such a fun month, and my personal favorite 🙂 The clothes are the best!
I’ve put together a little list of 5 things that can you can THRIFT or DIY this Fall! If you have an idea too, please share in the comments below!
1. DIY Nails
What’s better than holding a hot mug of pumpkin spice with a cute manicure?! Try a matte top coat and some rich nature-y colors.
2. DIY or THRIFT some Fall Decor!
Spray paint dollar store foam pumpkins and add faux succulents for a gorgeous fall table centerpiece!
Baskets are easily found at thrift stores and a great piece for Fall and all year round!
Have some spare pieces of wood and paint? Make a decorative sign! This makes a great gift!
3. THRIFT a Halloween Costume (and maybe DIY it into what you need)
4. THRIFT some vintage (or non-vintage) fall fashion – scarves, boots, and cozy cardigans!
5. DIY a blanket ladder
Last year for Christmas, Jake and I made my Aunts blanket ladders! Just a few sticks of 1/2″ x 2″ wood, some screws, and paint! Hang a cozy blanket on it and light some scented candles 😉
So there you have it, 5 things to THRIFT or DIY this Fall!
What is your favorite thing to do in the Fall?
XOXO – Taylor
Haha, it took me a minute to figure out the Brawny man! That was a creative idea, and it was probably pretty easy too!
Yes! That was a good one! Haha
Your nails looked really pretty in the first picture 🙂
Thank you so much, Camryn!
That blanket ladder is adorable! And I recently got some pumpkins from the dollar store, painted them white, and sanded them for a distressed look. I’m not a big crafty person, but it was actually so much fun!
love,
