Downeast Basics Shop Review – 1 Dress, 3 Ways

Today’s blog post is featuring a lovely trans-seasonal dress from the Downeast Basics Shop

I am going to show you how to style the Vail Garden dress 3 different ways and I hope you will check out Downeast’s shop- they have a variety of gorgeous apparel, accessories, and items for the home on their website 🙂

The first thing I noticed about the Vail Garden Dress when I opened the packaging was the high quality material- and I immediately noticed that it was fully lined. I also knew EXACTLY what shoes and jewelry I was going to pair with it 😉

This dress comes in the pink color I chose, and also a more neutral “garden floral” color. They are both so pretty and I think they could easily be worn all year round. The floral pattern has a wide age appropriateness as well, which I think is great.

The cinch waist makes this very flattering and you can choose how loose or tight to wear it. Plus I think that the 3/4 length sleeve makes this great.

So, here are just 3 of many ways you could style this dress- let’s get started!

#1 – With Flats

The background of this dress is a really pale grey, so I threw on my trusty laser cut grey flats.

#2 – With Uggs and a chunky knit scarf.

I know that this is not a typical pairing, but I think it shows the versatility of this dress and that you can dress it down as well as up 🙂

#3 – With booties, a hat, and a black sweater cardigan.
